Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that will include your order's tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven't received your order within 10 business days of receiving your order's tracking number, please contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com with your name and order number for support.

All shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

All sticker and pin orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

All apparel orders are print-on-demand through our suppliers. Please allow appropriate lead time for this process.

PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS BEFORE CHECKING OUT.

Orders that are shipped to the wrong address will not be replaced. To receive that product a brand new order will need to be placed with the correct shipping address. No refunds.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy for items in the shop. This means we accept returns *by request* up to 30 days after receiving your shop item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and/or unused, with tags, and in it's original packaging. We also require your order number and email associated with the order.

To start a return request, contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com. If your return request is accepted we'll email you with a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you via email once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you'll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund also.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund request was approved, please contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately in the event your order arrives damages or defective in any way, or receive the wrong item.

Contact us at admin@themicrosquad.com with your order number and a photo(s) of the item's condition. We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
